Cancellation Policy:

• Groups under 10 people: Up to 48 hours prior to tour, there is no charge for canceling the tour. Within 48 hours of the tour, no cancellations will be accepted. There will be a 100% charge for tours cancelled within 48 hours.
• Groups of 10 people or more: Up to seven days prior to the tour, there is a 50% charge for cancellation (a non-refundable deposit is required). Within seven days of the tour, there is a 100% charge for tours cancelled.
• Howling Dog Tours will run tours weather permitting; if extreme temperatures and/or dangerous road conditions place the guests or dogs in danger, we reserve the right to cancel. No money will be charged.

Participants will be required to sign a waiver before departure; anyone under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign.
